Bear-It-All Chalet & Speakeasy

The Bear-It-All Chalet & Speakeasy is a newly built modern vacation rental property located in Big Bear, California. The property was developed by Bearfoot Properties, LLC, owned by Mike Evanisko. I had previously worked with Mike's brother, Frank, to redesign his company website (evaniskorealty.com). Frank recommended me when Bearfoot Properties needed a website for their new property. The goal of the website was to create a visually appealing marketing platform that allows visitors to fully experience the property's atmosphere and to facilitate direct online booking. Search Engine Optimization was a significant factor in developing this website to ensure it appears in relevant search results and attracts traffic from non-direct sources.
